At the headquarters in Ettlingen, ISCAR has made significant investments. A new building has been constructed with the aim of solving space issues and increasing efficiency and productivity. ISCAR presents the latest representative of the PICCO line. Thanks to double cooling, the new PICCOJET offers longer tool life and allows for efficient chip removal during turning, grooving, threading, chamfering, profile turning, and axial grooving.

ISCAR also has systems for deep drilling applications and offers its customers tailored solutions with SolidDeep, BrazeDeep, TriDeep, and the modular interchangeable head drill SUMOGUN.

For internal grooving and turning, ISCAR now offers the four-edged QUICKIGROOVE in its program. This tool is versatile and can be mounted on both right-hand and left-hand tools.

The QUICKXFLUTE from ISCAR is a new 90-degree spiral shank milling cutter with a diameter of 63 or 80 millimeters.

In addition to carbide cutting inserts, ISCAR offers a whole range of other solutions. CBN cutting tools are particularly suitable for high-feed machining of cast iron and machining of very hard materials.

Process safety and a long service life are essential for the economical production of precision components. With the PENTA 17, WST GmbH, a specialist in turning and milling parts, was able to optimize the entry point for a cover cap and more than double the output.
