DMG MORI Bergamo presents solutions for future-oriented turning operations at the in-house exhibition from June 9 to 11, 2026. Under the motto "Excellence made in Italy," the company showcases machines from Italian manufacturing as well as concepts for digitalization and efficient production processes.
In the nearly 1,300 m² showroom, 18 machines are on display, including twelve from the factories in Brembate di Sopra and Tortona – from SPRINT and MULTISPRINT automatic lathes to the NZ series, as well as the NLX 2500|700 1st generation and CTX 550. For the first time in Italy, DMG MORI presents the NTX 2500 3rd generation turning-milling center and the DMU 60 eVo 2nd generation with the compact pallet handling system PH Cell 300 for economical, flexible, and scalable automated production, designed for pallets with a transfer weight of up to 300 kg. The horizontal production turning center NZ TRE is showcased with the automation solution Robo2Go Turning 2nd generation. The exhibition is complemented by solutions from DMQP partners HAIMER, Horn, Tungaloy, ALGRA, and FCS System. Specialized seminars and factory tours round off the program.
DMG MORI Bergamo: Turning expertise from Italy

DMG MORI Bergamo is considered a European competence center for automatic turning. After extensive investments, the site has had a state-of-the-art production facility and a technology center since 2014, where experienced experts design innovative machining solutions for production turning. In key industries such as medical, automotive, or oil & gas, these solutions ensure productive manufacturing of demanding workpieces even in times of increasing quality requirements.
Over 5,000 installed production lathes from the SPRINT, MULTISPRINT, and NZ series demonstrate the success of the traditional company.
Applications from the energy sector are also playing an increasingly important role. Components for conventional and renewable energies, such as wind energy, place high demands on material processing, process reliability, and component quality – requirements that the production lathes and turning-milling centers from Bergamo meet in a special way.
Productivity, precision, and short delivery times
With the SPRINT and MULTISPRINT series models, DMG MORI Bergamo has always emphasized its expertise in production turning. Short cycle times, high precision, and absolute process reliability make the multi-spindle machines particularly valuable solutions in the mass production of complex turned parts. The NZ platform combines experience in production turning with maximum flexibility. Available as NZ DUE, NZ TRE, and NZ QUATTRO, the modular turning-milling machines feature up to four.
Processing units including B-axis available and individually automatable. DMG MORI Bergamo also manufactures the NLX 2500|700 in the first generation configuration. Local production of the bestseller ensures short delivery times in Europe.
NTX 2500 3rd Generation: 6-sided complete machining in a single setup
In the efficient manufacturing of complex precision components, users from sectors such as Aviation & Space, Medical, and Die & Mold rely on the versatile models of the NTX series. The stable NTX 2500 3rd generation also ensures a maximum level of productivity and accuracy.
Equipped with two highly rigid turnMASTER spindles, a compactMASTER spindle with a large swivel range, and a second tool holder as a turretMASTER turret, the milling center offers maximum versatility in 6-sided complete machining. With a maximum turning diameter of up to ø 670 mm and a turning length of up to 1,530 mm, the working area provides ample space for a wide range of components. The compactMASTER turning-milling spindle moves in the Y-axis by +/- 150 mm and allows machining at speeds of up to 20,000 min-1. New are the now 60 months warranty on the turnMASTER spindles and the turretMASTER turret, similar to the 36-month warranty on the compactMASTER spindle – in both cases with unlimited spindle hours.
DMU 60 eVo 2nd Generation: Revolution of 5-Axis Universal Machining
With the DMU 60 eVo 2nd generation, DMG MORI sets new standards in 5-axis simultaneous machining and marks a milestone for precision and productivity. Based on the unique table kinematics, the proven machine concept has been fundamentally further developed to meet the increasing demands for accuracy, dynamics, and flexibility.
With an optional milling-turning table, the machine integrates manufacturing processes such as milling-turning operations, gear milling using gearSKIVING technology cycles, and grinding. This process integration transforms the DMU 60 eVo 2nd generation into a multifunctional machining solution that can be flexibly adapted to various requirements and industries, fully leveraging the potential of cutting-edge machining technology. Intelligent automation solutions optimize machine utilization around the clock as needed. Modern control options – a SINUMERIK ONE or a HEIDENHAIN TNC 7 – on CELOS X pave the way for Digital Transformation (DX).
