A standout feature of the SORALUCE Multitask Bed Milling Machine of the TRM series is the infinitely swiveling milling head in T-design with 37 kW drive and a speed range of up to 6,000 min-1. Thanks to the T-function, the milling head transforms into a powerful multifunction head for milling, turning, and grinding – with the same tool holder. This allows for automatic tool changes between milling and turning tools via a standard tool changer. Additionally, the main spindle is clamped during turning operations to avoid play and increase stability.

In addition to a service hotline with teleservice, Bimatec Soraluce offers a regional service fleet, as well as a spare parts and milling head service.
Our service hotline is available on weekdays in a shift system and on all weekends and public holidays throughout the year. The regional service fleet is unique in the field of large machining machines to this day. With locally based service technicians and well-equipped service vans, 60% of faults are already rectified on the same day, thus providing competent immediate assistance 365 days a year.
In addition, Bimatec Soraluce keeps 73 exchange and rental milling heads ready and supplies customers with rental milling heads and high-quality original parts within 24 hours. The uniqueness is that each rental milling head is completely checked and overhauled after use at the customer's site. This ensures that every customer receives a rental milling head of exactly the same quality as their original milling head and does not have to accept any limitations.
