Furthermore, Bernhard Rindfleisch thanks Dr. Thomas Wrede for his 12 years of service at Tebis AG: 'Dr. Thomas Wrede has made significant contributions to the positive development of the company during this time. Notably, the international expansion of the business and the expansion of the portfolio with the MES solution ProLeiS. Another focus of his work was on the further development of the company's strategy and the improvement of strategy implementation with the help of the OKR system. In recent years, he has also worked intensively on transforming Tebis into an agile company.'
Strategy board member Jens Lüdtke predicts: 'Our market will continue to change rapidly, demanding a lot of adaptability and foresight from our customers and us. With the new structure, we strengthen our innovative power and optimally prepare for the upcoming challenges.'
Jens Lüdtke has been responsible for the business of the Tebis Consulting business unit since 2013, is a board member of the cooperative Marktspiegel Werkzeugbau eG, and also holds a teaching position at the University of Schmalkalden. Effective immediately, Reiner Schmid as COO (Chief Operating Officer) will oversee the activities of the product divisions overall and be responsible for technology and innovation.
Sales board member Robert Aulbur states: 'The realignment is much more than a change on paper. We are convinced that the new structure will help us all respond even better and faster to the needs of our customers in this challenging market environment.'
Robert Aulbur previously led the strategic sales of Tebis and subsequently worked for several years as managing director of Tebis ProLeiS GmbH.
As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Robert Aulbur takes overall responsibility for the national and international marketing, sales, and support units of the company. He is also responsible for building strategic alliances and partnerships.
