Stricter cleanliness specifications for components and parts, higher demands on the cost-effectiveness of cleaning, and stricter requirements for the energy and resource efficiency of processes – industrial component cleaning faces a variety of challenges.
Solutions on how to reconcile these partially conflicting goals will be presented at parts2clean. The information and procurement platform with the world's most comprehensive offering for industrial cleaning technology will take place from October 7 to 9, 2025, at the Stuttgart exhibition center (Germany). The supporting program of the 21st international leading trade fair also offers an internationally sought-after knowledge transfer on trends, innovations, and benchmark applications.
Whether in New Mobility, electronics, semiconductor industry, sensor technology, optics, medical technology, pharmaceutical industry, aerospace, or defense – in almost all sectors, components and assemblies are becoming increasingly compact, complex, and sensitive to contamination. This results in higher cleanliness requirements for component cleaning. Accordingly, tailored or optimized cleaning processes are needed. At the same time, the cleanliness of the manufacturing environment is gaining importance to minimize contamination and avoid cross- and recontamination.
These aspects also play a significant role when it comes to the cost-effectiveness of cleaning. Furthermore, reduced resource consumption and a lower CO2 footprint are becoming increasingly important core requirements in component cleaning.
Cleaning solutions that are in demand
"With the most current and comprehensive international offering in the field of industrial cleaning technology, parts2clean presents solutions that effectively meet the increased demands for component cleaning from technological, economic, and ecological perspectives," reports Ramtin Randjbar-Moshtaghin, Project Director at Deutsche Messe AG since June 1, 2025. The solution portfolio of the exhibitors is optimally tailored to the respective manufacturing step, component geometry and material, as well as the contaminants and cleanliness requirements – from deburring to pre- or intermediate cleaning, and finally to end and high purity cleaning. Topics such as automation, digitalization, and artificial intelligence (AI) also play a role. "The complete and innovative exhibition spectrum makes parts2clean the globally most important information and procurement platform for industrial cleaning technology. This is also reflected in the fact that the international leading trade fair attracts almost exclusively professional visitors, with 99% of attendees being industry professionals. Of these, around 80% come with investment intentions," adds Ramtin Randjbar-Moshtaghin. The 21st international leading trade fair for industrial parts and surface cleaning will take place from October 7 to 9, 2025, at the Stuttgart exhibition center.
Framework program with p2c.EXPERTFORUM and award ceremony The exhibitors' industry-, technology-, and material-spanning cleaning solutions are complemented by an attractive framework program. This includes the bilingual p2c.EXPERTFORUM, established as a sought-after source of knowledge, which is organized and conducted in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Business Unit Cleaning and the Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT). "The topics of the simultaneously translated (German <>
"Lectures provide information on current challenges, new developments, and trends in industrial parts cleaning, as well as benchmark applications and fundamental knowledge," specifies Ramtin Randjbar-Moshtaghin.
A highlight of this year's event's supporting program awaits visitors at the special exhibition area of FiT: the presentation of the 4th FiT2clean Award. The award, worth 10,000 euros, annually honors outstanding achievements and innovative solutions in industrial parts cleaning.
"The solution portfolio of parts2clean covers everything from deburring to pre- or intermediate cleaning, as well as final and high purity cleaning."
"All tasks in industrial parts cleaning," reports Ramtin Randjbar-Moshtaghin, Project Director at Deutsche Messe AG since June 1, 2025.
