It is an innovative concept with which the new trade fair PARTS FINISHING will launch from November 12 to 13, 2025. Adapted to the changed requirements of the manufacturing industry, it presents solutions for the manufacturing steps of deburring, component cleaning, and surface finishing under one roof at the Karlsruhe exhibition grounds. The trade fair duration of only two days, along with turnkey, customizable stand packages, ensures reasonable, precisely calculable participation and ancillary costs.

The goal of exhibitors at a trade fair is to engage personally with potential business partners, maintain and intensify current customer relationships, as well as networking and market monitoring. 'The concept of the new trade fair PARTS FINISHING is designed so that exhibiting companies can achieve this goal with the least possible financial and personnel effort,' reports Nicolas Herdin, who has been leading the private trade fair organizer fairXperts GmbH & Co. KG since January 2025.

'The trade fair concept of PARTS FINISHING is designed to enable successful trade fair participation with the least possible financial and personnel effort,' explains Nicolas Herdin, managing director of the private trade fair organizer fairXperts GmbH & Co. KG. Image source: fairXperts

This begins with the trade fair bundling solutions for deburring, component cleaning, and surface finishing under one roof. The exhibition spectrum comprehensively covers areas from systems, processes, tools, and media to quality assurance and services – from standalone processes to interconnected production lines. 'By bringing together these complementary manufacturing steps, providers can present their entire product portfolio in an ideal interdisciplinary context. Furthermore, it simplifies the establishment of strategic partnerships between exhibitors,' explains Nicolas Herdin. On the other hand, visitors from manufacturing management, planning and control, product and process development, design, and quality assurance can gain a comprehensive overview of the state of the art, current developments, and trends for the company-specific optimization of three process steps essential in any parts manufacturing very effectively through a trade fair visit.

High cost efficiency through 2-day trade fair and customizable stand packages

In a challenging economic environment, it is important for manufacturing companies to present their capabilities to potential and existing business partners. At the same time, it means saving costs and using existing budgets as efficiently as possible. The PARTS FINISHING also supports this. On the one hand, through the trade fair duration of only two days, which minimizes idle times in establishing and maintaining contacts. And thus also the incurred costs for personnel and hotel. On the other hand, turnkey, customizable stand packages starting from an exhibition area of twelve square meters reduce the effort before and during the trade fair. The basic version at a fixed price already includes, among other things, a high-quality stand construction including basic furnishings, printing of the wall design provided by the exhibitor, electrical connection and power consumption, as well as services that are charged separately at other trade fairs. 'The costs for trade fair participation thus become precisely calculable for the exhibitors,' adds the managing director.

Added value knowledge transfer

The exhibitor presentations are complemented by the knowledge transfer of the bilingual PARTS FINISHING expert forum, which takes place on both trade fair days. The focus of the simultaneously translated (German <> English) presentations is on solutions for specific application cases, current developments, and trends from all three exhibition areas.
