With two fully automated systems and a machining center in Mill-Turn configuration, HERMLE relies on proven tradition – coupled with the latest innovation. All models will be exhibited in GEN2 configuration, each featuring interesting machining examples. At the special stand 'Technology Development', hardware and software components, digitization projects, milling/machining cycles, as well as components from our training expertise will be vividly presented. The 5-axis machining center C 12 GEN2 from the high-performance series with the robot system RS 05-2. The robot system RS 05-2 handles workpieces up to 10 kg while simultaneously providing high and individual parts storage in various storage modules. A rocking horse made of aluminum is being machined.
The 5-axis machining center C 32 GEN2 from the high-performance series with the robot system RS 1 GEN2. HERMLE AG takes automation to a new level with the RS 1 robot system in GEN2 configuration. The 5-axis machining center C 22 MT GEN2 from the high-performance series in Mill-Turn configuration. For the first time equipped with the SIEMENS SINUMERIK ONE control, a technology component from the aerospace industry is being machined on the C 22 MT, into which various machining technologies have been integrated.
