EVO Informationssysteme GmbH, manufacturer of the tool management software EVOtools, and Bedrunka+Hirth, leading manufacturer of high-quality operational facilities from the Black Forest, are entering into a strategic cooperation. The aim of the partnership is to provide a holistic and technically coordinated solution for tool organization through the trading partners of Bedrunka+Hirth – from the physical dispensing system to digital tool management.
Physical security meets digital intelligence
At the center of the cooperation is the TSM900-EVO drawer cabinet from Bedrunka+Hirth – a robust dispensing system manufactured in the Black Forest with 100% full extension, a drawer load capacity of 100 kg, and flexible drawer heights from 50 to 200 mm. The cabinets can also be equipped with individual compartment locking, allowing for precise, authorized tool dispensing via touch operation using a tablet or all-in-one PC.
The interface of the control electronics allows the EVOtools software to turn the cabinet into an intelligent dispensing system: Tool dispensing is digitally controlled, logged, and evaluated via the EVOtools app – usable on PC and tablet. Around the clock, 24/7.
