The milling cutters are suitable for use in a wide range of materials – including steel, stainless materials, and cast materials, which can be optimally processed in combination with the ZCC-CT grade YBG205H.
EMP08 and EMP10 stand for maximum efficiency and highest process reliability: The complexly shaped main cutting edge of the indexable inserts with eight cutting edges enables genuine 90° shoulder milling without additional rework. The new EMP corner milling systems include milling bodies with diameters from 32 mm to 160 mm, providing maximum flexibility for various machining requirements.
