For the first time, Vollmer presents its new tool grinding machine "VGrind infinity linear" and provides insights into the digital world of the VOLLMER Smart Hub platform, which allows for the central collection, processing, and management of machine data. Additionally, at booth F26 in Hall 11, the laser machine VLaser 370 and the combined grinding and erosion machine VHybrid 260 will also be showcased. The EMO appearance is rounded off with machines from the two Vollmer subsidiaries Loroch and ultraTEC innovation. The focus here is on the innovative automation of the new ultraTEC A20C.

For the first time, Vollmer is showcasing its VGrind infinity linear at the Hannover trade fair EMO 2025. The sharpening specialist is publicly demonstrating how customers can flexibly grind their rotary tools with this all-round machine. Whether it involves cutting materials such as
Carbide, HSS (High Speed Steel), PcBN (Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride) or
Ceramics is processed by the VGrind infinity linear machining cutting tools with

Highest precision with lasers, grinding, or eroding.

In Hanover, the Vollmer laser machine VLaser 370 can also be viewed live. Based on its mature kinematics, efficient extraction technology, and excellent process stability, the VLaser 370 can be operated continuously for months without the need for corrections or cleaning. It is suitable for processing tools made from ultra-hard cutting materials such as PCD (polycrystalline diamond), CVD diamond, or PcBN, and is ready for unmanned operation around the clock with automation. Also present at EMO is the VHybrid 260, with which tool manufacturers can grind or erode carbide and PCD tools with 100 percent efficiency. The foundation of the machine is a multi-level processing system realized by two vertically arranged spindles, with the lower spindle being used for both grinding and eroding. Thanks to the Vpulse EDM generator, the VHybrid 260 can...
Manufacture the smallest micro-tools with diameters of 0.45 millimeters and smaller with the highest precision, performance, and surface quality.

Digital services open the door to the IoT world.

The highlight of this year's digital offerings is the VOLLMER Smart Hub platform, which allows for the central collection, processing, and management of data from Vollmer machines. The VOLLMER Smart Hub brings transparency and efficiency to modern manufacturing and can, in combination with an AI-based chatbot, provide information about machine utilization, the number of tools produced, and missing parts, among other things. Additionally, Vollmer presents its digital V@dison solutions and its services related to maintenance, servicing, training, and financing.

Vollmer subsidiaries are also represented.

In addition to its own machines, Vollmer also showcases the products and services of its subsidiaries Loroch and ultraTEC innovation. Loroch is bringing its KSC 560-B sharpening machine for metal circular saw blades to Hannover, which is suitable for unmanned complete processing – including the automatic grinding of chip separators. Additionally, Loroch is presenting its TC 720 saw blade measuring device, which allows for precise inspection of the tooth geometry of circular saw blades and circular knives. ultraTEC innovation is informing about its A20 C ultrasonic deburring systems, equipped with innovative automation, to economically deburr components with large quantities such as HSS tap drills or dental implant drills, ensuring sharp edges without burrs. The special feature here is that this unique machine configuration can process multiple components simultaneously.
