With Quickline, EMUGE-FRANKEN is now launching a new service: Customers can design the tools they want based on a series of parameters and order their desired product directly. The ordered quantities will then be delivered in less than four weeks.

The service is aimed at small and medium-sized manufacturers who only need a few drills. Additionally, the offer also targets series manufacturers who need tools for test drilling quickly.

Online configure and order

The tool types available through Quickline can be configured and ordered by the customer in the EMUGE-FRANKEN online shop. They will then automatically receive a confirmation with a unique item number for their product. With this, they can later reorder the same drill without having to re-enter the desired item specifications.

Configuration based on five parameters

The currently available BasicDrill CM-C through Quickline can be individually designed based on five different parameters. Options include diameters between 2.8 mm and 18 mm, step angles from 30° to 160°, cylindrical drilling depths from 4 mm to 54 mm. Additionally, three different shank shapes are available, as well as an optional corner protection for use in abrasive materials.
