The PV series, including models PV 400 and PV 9300, forms the core portfolio of the company. The newly introduced model PV 6300 fills the capacity gap between PV 400 and PV 9300 and offers customers even more flexibility in choosing workpiece sizes across industries.
The PV 6300 series reduces cycle times and increases rigidity. The reinforced spindle drive ensures stable machining of heavy materials, making the machine ideal for use in the automotive, oil & gas, and energy sectors. With higher power and more torque than comparable models, it enables powerful machining; an optional high-torque spindle is available to further enhance performance.
Even during prolonged machining of heavy components, the PV 6300 ensures high machining accuracy. This is made possible by the integrated box guide and the reinforced bed construction, which effectively dampen vibrations. The PV 6300M variant adds milling options to the turning functions for combined turning and milling tasks. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer (ATC) for continuous, unattended operation.
To further increase productivity on the manufacturing level, the PV 6300 series can be seamlessly integrated into ROBOSOL, DN Solutions' proprietary robot cell automation solution. This allows multiple machines to be coordinated and the overall efficiency to be significantly increased.
