The solution has a maximum payload of 1,500 kilograms at operating temperatures from -30 to +50 degrees Celsius and can be used flexibly in deep-freeze applications, transporting different types of pallets. Its scalable and modular design allows for flexible adaptation to existing building structures. Companies can optimally utilize the area of their warehouse. The shuttles are so compact that less space is needed for the travel paths. This allows for more load units to be accommodated. With its brownfield-capable architecture, the system can also be implemented in existing warehouses and aligned with existing space, floor, or roof plans. Different layouts per level are also feasible.
Sustainability and Safety in Focus
The pallet shuttle system can operate both in individual storage aisles and in the shelving channels. It autonomously changes direction, allowing for optimal space utilization. This makes it particularly suitable for buildings with irregular floor plans, for expanding existing warehouses, as well as for applications with varying throughput requirements and order fluctuations. Thanks to its modular design, the overall system can be easily scaled – additional shuttles can be simply integrated to increase throughput, while the shelving system can be flexibly expanded with additional spaces.
The pallet shuttle system scores with efficiency and sustainability. The energy consumption is lower compared to other automation solutions. At the same time, the system offers maximum safety and reliability through redundant shuttle operations and easy maintenance options during operation.
