The Hoffmann Group is represented this year at automatica in Hall A5, Stand 210. Under the motto 'simply relaxed manufacturing', small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will learn how they can increase their machine capacities and deploy their employees more efficiently with the automation and digitalization solutions from the Hoffmann Group. The automatica takes place from June 24 to 27, 2025, in Munich.
The focus of the trade fair appearance is on the automated loading systems GARANT Basic Plus and GARANT Turntable. These allow even machine tools without automation interfaces to be loaded and unloaded without a person with manageable effort. The GARANT Basic Plus robot cell can be used on both lathes and milling machines as well as machining centers, taking over the handling of raw parts and clamping devices. In contrast, the simply structured pallet system GARANT Turntable is designed for pure clamping device handling at milling machines and machining centers. It offers space for 18 or 24 clamping devices and is particularly easy to operate thanks to the start-stop bolt mechanism. From Q1 2026, GARANT Turntable will also be available with 36 or 48 clamping device slots.
Companies that want to operate their CNC machines completely autonomously are also supported by the Hoffmann Group. The automation technicians of the Hoffmann Group work together with specialists from the partner Renishaw to develop individual concepts for retrofitting with workpiece and tool control, process regulation, part measurement, performance assessment, and calibration.
Solutions for the overall process in manufacturing

To produce efficiently and automatically, tools must be delivered to the machines quickly and error-free. The Hoffmann Group supports this with the digital manufacturing solution Connected Manufacturing. The solution allows all tools in production to be tracked in real-time and their use to be optimally planned. Orders can be managed digitally; workplaces, machines, and service providers can be grouped into work areas and assigned to an order; an extended overview of the workflows informs about the status of manual and external work. The result: detailed production planning and optimized utilization of all resources and machines.
To ensure that the entire manufacturing process, from raw part to workpiece, can be carried out cost-effectively in-house, the Hoffmann Group also offers solutions for post-processing and quality assurance. The GMT35 grinding machine allows small and medium series to be deburred and polished; HCT measuring tools and torque wrenches enable measurement protocols to be sent via Bluetooth to an app from Hoffmann Group Connected Tools (HCT) and to parameterize the tools from the app. HCT apps are available for smartphones and Windows PCs and facilitate data archiving on the computer, in the quality assurance system (CAQ), or in the MES and ERP system. Setup items from the GARANT GridLine series and the tool dispensing machine GARANT Tool24 PickOne round off the trade fair appearance.
