Hydro-TURNLine ST-L-PHC from NT TOOL is the series of Hydrodehn clamping chucks for CNC lathes. This allows cutting tools to be clamped quickly and with the highest runout accuracy.
Hydro-TURNLine offers additional advantages compared to the widely used ER collet chucks. Complicated and time-consuming tool handling is eliminated, as is the significantly increased setup effort caused by the typical height offset of collet chucks.
The hydraulic system absorbs vibrations and the compact design also allows for the use of longer cutting edges.
Newly added are the clamping diameters 5.0 – 7.0 – 9.0 and 11.0 mm. This allows intermediate dimensions to be clamped directly with the highest runout accuracy, eliminating the need for reducing sleeves.
