The VOLLMER Group is aligning its management to meet the future challenges of the company. Heinz Verfürth takes on overall commercial responsibility with a focus on finance and controlling, IT, administration, and purchasing. Together with managing director Tobias Trautmann, whose responsibilities will now also include technology and production in addition to customer and market-oriented areas, he will lead the corporate group.
Heinz Verfürth is an experienced finance and transformation expert; he has many years of expertise in leading industrial companies, successfully managing change processes, and stakeholder management. His expertise will help strengthen the economic stability of the corporate group and consistently advance the measures initiated for future security.

As part of this realignment, Ralf Großhauser is stepping down from management. He has decided to make way for the next phase of corporate development.
