HELICHECK NANO – benchmarks in micro measurement
The new HELICHECK NANO is the world's first measuring machine specifically for micro and nano tools (Ø 0.1–16 mm). It offers:
- Two high-resolution cameras (up to 400× magnification)
- Newly developed hydro-expansion clamping system for highest roundness accuracy
- Fully automated measuring processes with C.O.R.E. integration
- OPC-UA interface for smart manufacturing
ATP – Automated Tool Production
With the new ATP system, WALTER offers a modular automation solution for complete tool production. The system includes:
- ATP ROBOCELL for automated loading and unloading
- ATP AMR – a mobile transport robot for workpiece logistics
- Complete closed-loop processes through automatic correction between measuring and machining machines
- Innovative steam cleaning station for comprehensive cleaning of tools immediately after the machining process
ATP is manufacturer-independent, requires no additional floor space, and can be seamlessly integrated into existing production layouts.
HELITRONIC RAPID – efficient entry into tool machining
The new HELITRONIC RAPID is the ideal entry-level machine for grinding and resharpening rotationally symmetric tools with small and medium diameters. It offers:
- Production and resharpening in a single setup
- Machining of HSS, HM, cermet, and ceramics
- Optional top loader for automated loading
- Optional torque motor on the A-axis
Fire Stop & Go – safety and productivity combined
The new Fire Stop & Go feature for all WALTER erosion machines increases safety and reduces downtime. It detects emerging fires early and prevents unnecessary activation of the fire extinguishing system. The benefits:
