Designed for the highest demands in workpiece clamping, the MZX offers maximum versatility, precision, and process reliability. The new model is the consistent further development of a proven principle, optimized for the requirements of modern manufacturing environments and zero-point clamping systems.

Maximum clamping force and variety of options

The robust and compact construction of the MZX impresses with its powerful spindle, play-free spindle bearing, and stable jaw guidance. The result: uniform, process-safe clamping with a repeat accuracy of 0.01 mm. The open design ensures effective chip removal and thus supports smooth processing.

The MZX is suitable for both raw and finished part clamping - thanks to jaw variants with inserted gripping strips, clamping strips, as well as grip jaws according to the SPREITZER system or with embossing according to the LANG system. A variety of sizes, prepared for zero-point clamping systems from different manufacturers with grid dimensions of 52 × 52 mm or 96 × 96 mm, offers maximum compatibility.

MDX: The sister model for double efficiency

In addition to the MZX series, SPREITZER offers the mechanical double centering clamp MDX, a variant that allows simultaneous clamping of two workpieces against a fixed stop. The special spindle design even allows clamping of workpieces with length differences of up to 2 mm - without loss of accuracy or safety.

The MDX is thus predestined for use in automated production lines, palletizing systems, and series production. Here, too, jaw variants are used, allowing flexible clamping of raw and finished parts.

Fit for automation

Both the MZX and the MDX can be optimally integrated into modern automation and zero-point clamping systems. SPREITZER offers custom gripping grooves on request, enabling automated vise changes. A variety of compatible grid patterns and connection systems (e.g., LANG, SCHUNK, STARK, ZeroClamp, etc.) underscores the high system openness of the series.

With the new MZX and the double clamp MDX, SPREITZER once again demonstrates its innovative strength and technological leadership in the field of centering clamps. The combination of mechanical robustness, variable application, and high process reliability makes the new series the first choice for modern, automated manufacturing.
