An example of precision and innovation is the horizontal spindle CNC rotary table grinding machines of the PRG series – equipped with intelligent IQ control technology for maximum efficiency and highest machining quality. It significantly simplifies the operation and setting of grinding parameters even for complex applications. Therefore, iQ is also easy to use for untrained users, as the software independently sets the best grinding conditions, among other things. With iQ, programming and training times for employees are thus shortened.
The new vertical spindle rotary table grinding machine of the VRG series is also presented. The machine operates with a conventional, reliable control unit that has already been tested in industrial use in the Okamoto GX models and impresses with its robustness and user-friendliness. Thanks to the innovative machine concept for surface grinding with vertical feed, many workpieces can be ground at once or large surfaces under high grinding load and maximum productivity, enabling mass production with the highest efficiency.
