For over 25 years, HERMLE AG has been offering innovative automation solutions for all part spectrums. With the premiere of the RS 2 GEN2 robotic system, the royal class of automation at HERMLE is being elevated to a new level. A robotic system with a double hybrid gripper, automatic jaw change, universal matrix, and completely new rack modules, all adapted to a 5-axis machining center C 32, also of the 2nd generation, for economical and fully automatic pallet and part handling.
Keyword 2nd Generation. Following the successful market introduction of the models C 650, C 32, and C 42 in GEN2 version in 2024, three more models in GEN2 version will be available at the in-house exhibition. From the Performance-Line series, the C 250 and C 400, and from the High-Performance-Line, the C 22. Thus, six of the nine base models are now available in GEN2 version. The C 12, C 52, and C 62 will also follow as GEN2 models by the EMO in September.
Of course, not only the RS 2 GEN2 robotic system but all HERMLE automation solutions such as the handling systems HS flex and HS flex heavy, the robotic systems RS 05-2, RS 1, and RS 2 will be presented in full action at the technology and training center.
Automation solutions and 2nd generation machining centers will be on display at the HERMLE in-house exhibition from May 13 to 16, 2025, in Gosheim, daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional machining centers will be live under machining with components that make the milling hearts beat faster. As always, the application technology staff, together with partner companies, have implemented components from various industries and applications into practice. Among others, the areas of aerospace with various structural and engine components, tool and mold making with several dies, medical technology with an orthosis model, mechanical engineering with a sprocket with a diameter of one meter, and model making with a fully functional cuckoo clock will be represented. Interesting solutions will also be presented for other industries, showcasing various technologies such as turning, grinding, punching, and gearing.
The audience can get an impression of the manufacturing and assembly of HERMLE products through guided tours or attend interesting daily changing expert lectures in parallel.
The Hermle subsidiary in the field of additive manufacturing will also be available as an exhibitor, along with our service department, providing information, tips, and tricks. The user school will also showcase training concepts and provide deep insights into the world of programming.
