The Kern Microtechnik GmbH has been acquired by the American technology company AMETEK.
SHW takes over machine manufacturer MATEC
The shareholder of SHW Werkzeugmaschinen and SHW Bearbeitungstechnik, the family office SFO-N GmbH from Munich, takes over the service business and business support functions of MATEC – the location in Köngen and around 40 jobs will be retained.
