SHW takes over machine manufacturer MATEC
The shareholder of SHW Werkzeugmaschinen and SHW Bearbeitungstechnik, the family office SFO-N GmbH from Munich, takes over the service business and business support functions of MATEC – the location in Köngen and around 40 jobs will be retained.
