
At their joint booth, they showcase the entire range of systems for the high-precision machining of individual parts and small series. Specifically for the process-safe machining of bar material with large diameters, WEILER also displays the spindle box of a cycle-controlled lathe.

The second focus is on EDUCATION4.0 models for the special requirements of practical, digitally supported training. This includes the new conventional milling machine WF 410 M EDUCATION4.0 from KUNZMANN with the new TNC7 go control from Heidenhain. From WEILER, the new conventional lathe DA 260 EDUCATION4.0 Inceptor can be seen. It is also a special model version for training.
Under the motto 'Fit for future - successful together', WEILER and KUNZMANN, together with retrofit specialist WMS, will exhibit from September 15 to 19 at AMB in Stuttgart in Hall 4 at Stand 4C12.
Additionally, machines from both manufacturers can be found at three other locations at the fair: at the VDW special exhibition on education in the atrium of the fair, at the sales partner Nagel in Hall 9, Stand 9A11, and at the company Ecoroll in Hall 1, Stand 1F62.
New exhibition highlight: KUNZMANN milling machine WF 410 M EDUCATION4.0 with TNC7 go
KUNZMANN presents the conventional milling machine WF 410 M for the first time in an EDUCATION4.0 version with the route control TNC7 go, introduced in 2025.
The machine combines the proven mechanical base of the WF series with fully digital drive technology and modern touch operation. Additionally, it features a mechanically-digital hybrid learning package tailored to the capabilities of the route control with EDUCATION4.0 content. For safety reasons, the model type is always offered with a chip protection enclosure.
Intuitive control, more power
The TNC7 go brings a number of improvements over the predecessor control: it operates faster, offers a large program memory, and allows intuitive operation via a 16-inch touchscreen. Machining cycles can now also be used in manual operation. Three operating modes facilitate access - from digital display mode to automated cycle operation. The standard overload protection AFR (Automatic Feed Reduction) protects the machine, workpiece, and tool.
New WEILER machine: Training without paper with 'EDUCATION4.0 Inceptor'
From WEILER, the new conventional lathe DA 260 with the equipment variant 'EDUCATION4.0 Inceptor' can be seen. It enables an easy entry into the digital training concept EDUCATION4.0 and paperless work on conventional lathes of the DA series. Machines in this version are equipped with a 3-axis digital display and an additional, rotatable and tiltable 19-inch full-touch industrial PC on the tailstock side.
The basic package already includes a variety of learning tools - such as tutorials based on a digital twin, a digital operating manual, and a cutting speed calculator. Through access to network folders, component drawings and other files can be used directly at the machine. Since the digitalization package operates independently of the lathe, existing DA machines can be easily retrofitted.
Experience EDUCATION4.0 live - at the joint booth and at the VDW special exhibition
Specifically designed turning and milling machines for the digital training concept EDUCATION4.0 are in use both at the joint booth and at the VDW special exhibition on education in the atrium of the fair. These include WEILER's conventional lathe Praktikant VCplus EDUCATION4.0 and the E30 EDUCATION4.0 with cycle control. KUNZMANN contributes the manually and CNC-operated milling machine WF 410 MC+ EDUCATION4.0 with TNC7 basic.
At the joint booth, WEILER also showcases the learning unit 'Automation and Robotics' for training. Using a compact CNC lathe W35 CNC with automation, trainees learn practically and interactively about the integration of robots into manufacturing processes.
Cycle-controlled lathes for demanding contours
For the high-precision machining of individual parts and small series with complex shapes and surfaces, WEILER displays several cycle-controlled precision lathes: the E40 ONE1, the E50 HD ONE1, and the E70 HD with ShopTurn. They operate according to easily programmable processes that realize numerous process steps such as grinding, drilling, threading, and milling in a predetermined sequence.
Large spindle passage for bar processing
WEILER also exhibits the spindle box of a cycle-controlled E150 with a spindle bore of 450 mm, including various clamping devices, at the stand. Bar material with large diameters can be securely clamped and processed, with variants available up to 520 mm.
Wide portfolio of conventional precision lathes
From its conventional program, WEILER showcases further machines for training, crafts, and industrial everyday life, including the Primus VCD, the Praktikant GSD, and the Condor VCplus. The offering is rounded off by a servo-conventional C35HD.
Universal milling machines for tool and fixture construction
KUNZMANN complements the exhibits with four universal milling machines. These include the manual WF 410 D with digital display and the WF 610 CNC with TNC7 basic and 20-fold tool changer. Additionally, the two hybrid machines WF 410 MC+ with Heidenhain TNC7 basic and WF 610 MC+ with Siemens Sinumerik ONE are on display.
All machines combine modern control technology with high flexibility, especially for tool and fixture construction. They are characterized by high precision, multi-touch operation, a large power density, and ease of maintenance.
