Continuity and supply security ensured

By taking care of existing customers of the insolvent Adam Rollsysteme GmbH, LMT Tools ensures continuous supply for its customers. Consolidated expertise, stable delivery capability, and application-oriented support create reliability in a challenging market environment.

As of May 1, 2026, LMT Tools has taken over the support of existing customers of the insolvent Adam Rollsysteme GmbH from Güster. This does not involve an acquisition of Adam Rollsysteme GmbH. In the future, LMT Fette, a member of the LMT Tools family and market leader in the field of rolling systems, will ensure the supply of products from its own portfolio. For customers, this means: components, rolling heads, and thread rollers can still be obtained. At the same time, they will gain access to the entire range of services of the corporate group, including a global network and regional field sales. This not only provides suitable product solutions but also personal contacts in the region as well as technical support directly on-site at the machine. Stefan Müller, Head of Product Line Rolling Systems at LMT Tools, emphasizes: “Even in economically challenging times, ensuring customer supply security was particularly important to us. That’s why we quickly and easily helped during the preliminary insolvency of Adam Rollsysteme. With our swift actions, we were able to contribute to securing continuity and reliably meeting customer needs. In the future, we will continue to support our customers with our service portfolio and technical expertise.”

LMT Tools draws a positive balance of the PWS integration

A year ago, LMT Tools integrated the expertise and know-how of PWS Präzisionswerkzeuge GmbH from Schmölln, thereby specifically expanding the product and service spectrum of its gear specialist LMT Fette. With the acquisition of machines, systems, and experienced specialists, tool preparation at the Schwarzenbek site has been significantly expanded in both quality and quantity. At the same time, important industrial competencies in East Thuringia have been preserved, stabilized, and integrated into the structures of LMT Tools.

Since then, customers have benefited from a broader range of solutions, consolidated expertise, proven quality, and reliable support through regional field sales and application technology on-site. “We are proud to have implemented the integration of products, machines, and especially the new colleagues in a very short time. The positive feedback from our customers reinforces our decision to integrate parts of PWS into LMT Fette,” emphasizes André Bollow, Head of Product Line Gear Cutting at LMT Tools.

Customer requirements as a benchmark for new solutions

In the future, LMT Tools will continue to focus on targeted competence building, technological strengths, and a close orientation to the needs of its customers. “We are continuously working on new products, technologies, and solutions to enhance performance in application and improve our customers' profitability. This is our benchmark – today and in the future,” says Raphael Lienau, site manager of Schwarzenbek at LMT Tools.
