DN Solutions, the world's third-largest and South Korea's leading machine tool manufacturer, will participate in SIMTOS 2026 (Seoul International Manufacturing Technology Show). Korea's largest trade fair for production and manufacturing technology will take place from April 13 to 17 at KINTEX (Korea International Exhibition Center) in Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province, attracting over 100,000 visitors.

Under the exhibition concept 'DN SOLUTIONS UNIVERSE', visitors will experience new machine tools and a variety of manufacturing solutions specifically tailored to the needs of different industries. This includes twelve industry-specific solutions for automotive, semiconductor, and aerospace, as well as AI-based solutions and digital twin technologies.

A special highlight of the exhibition is the state-of-the-art 5-Axis Horizontal Machining Center F 6000 from the German company HELLER, which has officially been part of the DN Solutions group since the beginning of this year. The machine will be presented for the first time at the large Korean trade fair. The F 6000 impresses with high machining performance, precise processing, very high reliability for 24/7 series production, user-friendly operation, and a compact design compared to other 5-axis horizontal machines in its class. The basis for this performance capability is HELLER's technological competence in developing and producing central components such as spindles and swivel heads in-house.

SIMTOS 2026 marks the first joint trade fair appearance of the two machine tool manufacturers since HELLER's acquisition by DN Solutions. Technical experts from HELLER will be on-site to assist visitors. Furthermore, the over 130-year company history of HELLER since its founding in 1894 will be presented – a testament to the great trust the company enjoys among leading OEMs and globally operating industrial companies, especially in the automotive sector.

Another focus of the exhibition is on customized solutions for key future industries such as semiconductors and automotive. In light of the rapidly growing demand in the semiconductor industry, DN Solutions will present four solutions specifically for this sector, including the DNC series, designed for maximum production efficiency with process consumables. For the automotive industry, which is currently undergoing a profound technological transformation, the company will also present new solutions for upcoming manufacturing processes for the first time.

In addition to the main exhibition, DN Solutions plans various accompanying programs and events: Guided tours of the exhibition stand will be offered throughout the fair. Additionally, live demonstrations of machining processes and technical seminars focusing particularly on automation and specialized machining solutions will take place. Complementarily, recruiting consultations will be offered to attract talent for the machine tool industry.
