A special highlight is the introduction of the new Pangu premium grades, according to ZCC-CT Europe. These highly productive new grades have been developed for a wide range of materials and deliver excellent results in surface quality, process reliability, and productivity – both in turning, milling, and drilling. At EMO, the manufacturer will present the first grades of the new product family. These grades are intended for a wide application field, but thanks to their ultra-smooth coating technologies, they effortlessly master the challenges of difficult-to-machine materials.
zGroove Compact – Modular Turning System
With the new zGroove Compact, ZCC-CT Europe presents a compact turning system that impresses with a clever holder and easy handling. The quick change of cutting insert and turning cassette significantly reduces setup times and allows for efficient in and out turning as well as turning operations. The high process stability makes the system particularly attractive for demanding manufacturing processes.
Corner Milling Systems EMP08 and EMP10
The corner milling systems EMP08 and EMP10 stand for maximum efficiency and precision. The indexable inserts with eight cutting edges enable true 90° shoulder milling without rework. While the new EMP08, with its wiper geometry, ensures the best surface qualities and enormous running smoothness, the new EMP10 excels with high material removal rates at limited drive power.

The new indexable head drilling system ZTE sets standards for process-safe drilling with high material removal volume. The robust hybrid construction, reduced cutting forces, and precise plug-and-play interface enable quick tool changes. Up to 5×D, no pilot hole is required. This makes the ZTE predestined for economical large-scale production.
