The self-image of the world's leading trade fair for production technology and the traditional company Peiseler overlap significantly: While EMO stands for innovation, internationality, inspiration, and the future of metalworking, the Remscheid precision machine manufacturer sees itself as a pioneer, innovator, and technology driver in its industry. 'In this respect, it is obvious that EMO is the most important event for us this year,' emphasizes Arnd Kulaczewski, Managing Director at Peiseler. 'For the 50th anniversary of this important fair, we are presenting a portfolio designed to further increase productivity in our customers' manufacturing processes.'

Sensor box makes machine tools smart

The best example is the Sensor box SSM 1000. It enables extensive and individual condition monitoring of the machine tool. Directly integrated into the rotary table, it monitors various parameters for condition and performance control. Thanks to crash detection and intelligent warning systems, it provides timely information before critical situations arise. Continuous data transmission is ensured through cloud streaming via an LTE module. This contributes to reducing unproductive downtime, avoiding overload situations, and increasing productivity in the long term.

Rotary-tilting table for innovative alternative to conventional milling machines

Just like the sensor box, the rotary-tilting tables with two rotary axes fit the EMO motto 'Innovate Manufacturing'. At the fair in Hanover, Peiseler is showcasing a milling robot manufacturing cell developed in collaboration with partner MABI Robotic, where a tilting device of type ZASD 320 ensures the high-precision positioning of the workpieces. This is aimed at all kinds of complex applications in the field of subtractive and additive manufacturing processes. 'With this combination of tilting axis and robot, we are taking the topic of machining to a new level, especially since we have created an innovative alternative to conventional milling machines,' explains Sales Manager Stefan Gaschik.

Completely revised ATC modular system presented for the first time

The newly presented ATC modular system, which has been completely revised, is likely to be of interest to trade visitors. Especially where space constraints in the machining area play a role and cost pressure is continuously increasing, the ATC series can showcase its strengths. Thanks to a variety of configuration options, these NC components can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements. The new generation presented in Hanover is characterized by its compactness, attractive price-performance ratio, high quality, and durability.

In addition to technological innovations, Peiseler also places a high value on after-sales service. Visitors to the Peiseler booth B02 in Hall 12 can experience live what support customers can expect from the manufacturer after purchasing a device with the service portal myPeiseler for individual data tracking. There, they will find all technical information, manuals, and wear part lists for all Peiseler devices, as well as the opportunity to receive online support. 'Alongside our new developments, this offering also represents our self-image, which absolutely corresponds to that of EMO, especially in terms of innovation,' emphasizes Gaschik.
