The EMO provides MAPAL with the ideal platform to present new solutions, maintain personal contacts, and forge partnerships. Personal exchange with existing and new customers at trade fairs is a central component of the precision tool manufacturer's corporate philosophy and remains firmly anchored in the marketing strategy.
"The EMO is not just a trade fair for us – it is a central element of our customer relationships, where we present our product innovations for the following year for the first time," emphasizes Jacek Kruszynski, Chief Technology Officer at MAPAL.
Increasing customer process productivity as the guiding principle of the trade fair appearance and innovations in 2026

MAPAL sees itself as a holistic solution provider. Customers are supported along the entire process chain – from turnkey solutions with process and tool design to technical support during production, tool management, and digital services. The goal is to systematically increase the productivity of the customer's processes. Under this premise, the innovations for 2026 in the areas of reaming, fine drilling, enlarging, milling, clamping, and setting are also positioned. Highlights of the new products include the OptiMill-Uni-HPC and solutions based on HPR400 technology.
OptiMill-Uni-HPC: New benchmarks in process reliability when milling
With the third generation OptiMill-Uni-HPC, MAPAL is launching a solid carbide end mill specifically designed for automated manufacturing processes. A newly developed cutting material, a wear-resistant coating, and a variant with an integrated chip breaker ensure maximum process reliability, high chip removal rates, and long machine runtimes – ideal for unmanned shifts and robot-assisted machining. The new generation is available in three variants and covers a wide range of applications in steel, stainless steel, and cast machining.
Productivity increases in machining large diameters with the HPR400 reaming system

For machining large diameters, MAPAL's HPR400 reaming system offers various advantages in terms of machining speed, ease of handling, and flexibility. MAPAL will present several new solutions at EMO to increase productivity in series production.
An innovative shot solution for finishing operations with high enlargements is the combination tool with ISO pre-cutting stage and HPR400 system. It allows for the production of holes with enlargements of up to 6 mm in a single operation, thus achieving the shortest cycle times.
The HPR400 plus series has been specifically developed for machining flat grooves. The new tool concept significantly improves the cost-effectiveness of machining holes with special bottom contours.
Together with a new tool solution for the finishing of stator holes in electric motors, the newly developed solutions are excellent examples of how the cost-effectiveness of machining can be increased even with complex requirements.
"Empower Your Aluminium Machining" as another focus
Another focus at the trade fair appearance in 2025 is the topic of aluminum machining. With the motto "Empower Your Aluminium Machining," MAPAL emphasizes that intelligent tool solutions enable the highest precision, process reliability, and cost-effectiveness in the machining of aluminum components. MAPAL offers decades of material expertise and a wide portfolio of high-performance tools for highly productive processes in the aluminum sector.
