From September 22 to 26, 2025, Hannover will once again become the center of international production technology. The leading trade fair for metal processing celebrates its 50th anniversary – and the CHIRON Group will be there. With a presentation that combines technology and consulting expertise.

Volatile markets, increasing demands for quality and traceability, a shortage of skilled workers, and rising investment pressure shape the economic environment of many manufacturing companies. Therefore, investments require more than ever partners who provide comprehensive solutions for individual manufacturing tasks. The CHIRON Group sees itself as exactly that partner: with experience, expertise, innovation power, and the commitment to align its customers' manufacturing processes sustainably and economically for success.
A central feature of the trade fair appearance is the live experience: While many exhibitors present their exhibits only virtually, the CHIRON Group showcases machining centers live under cutting conditions. This makes precision, dynamics, and process reliability directly tangible – especially in demanding applications and materials.
Micro5 XL – Micro machining in a new dimension

A highlight at the trade fair booth: The new Micro5 XL, which has its first major appearance before an international audience after its successful premiere at the OPEN HOUSE in Tuttlingen. The machining center consistently continues the proven principle of the Micro5 and offers expanded possibilities for high-dynamic micro machining in medical and precision engineering, electronics, and other challenging applications.
The micro machine achieves acceleration values of up to 900 m/s³, enabling excellent path and machining speeds – with the highest precision.
At EMO 2025, the CHIRON Group will present the machining center for the first time in live operation with customized automation. This combination allows for more autonomy for both variant and series manufacturers while maintaining a small footprint. Particularly relevant for daily practice: The consistent, intuitive operating logic of the manufacturing center and automation.
Another highlight at the trade fair: The FZ 19 S five axis demonstrates how power, precision, and productivity can be perfectly combined in 5-axis machining of high-strength materials. The single-spindle machine manufactures a key component for aerospace in live operation. For demanding materials, the machining center is available with HSK-A100 interface and a maximum spindle torque of 408 Nm.
CHIRON Group motor spindles, various rotary table packages, and magazines for up to 196 tools are additional advantages towards optimal customer benefit through an application-oriented configuration.
Discover series and technologies digitally – in the "Interactive Showroom"
In addition to the live presentation, the "Interactive Showroom" offers a complete overview of the technology portfolio of the CHIRON Group. Here, the new DZ 22 W speed+ celebrates its digital premiere, a particularly dynamic variant of the double-spindle 5-axis machining center for economical complete machining of large components in series. The online presentation is complemented by the machine pool with refurbished used and new stock machines from the CHIRON Group – the ideal solution for a quick, cost-effective upgrade of manufacturing with proven top technology.
Comprehensive competence from a single source
In addition, the CHIRON Group informs at booth C 50 in Hall 12 about its entire range of services – at various competence islands and in personal discussions with experts on site. Whether automation from flexible to individual, in-house spindle technology for best performance, services for maximum machine availability, or the smart financing offer PerformanceFinance: The CHIRON Group offers everything from a single source.
"With our appearance at EMO 2025, we want to make it tangible how we meet the claim 'Your Partner for Next-Generation Manufacturing' in all aspects: with future-proof manufacturing technologies, with personal consulting, and with solutions that precisely fit the requirements of our customers – today and tomorrow," says Matthias Rapp, Vice President Global Marketing of the CHIRON Group.
