Under the motto 'Experience innovation, empower your future', the Mazak booth will highlight the benefits of a true partnership between machine manufacturers and users, with a stand that focuses on customer success, intelligent automation, and digital integration in modern manufacturing. Visitors will experience a comprehensive presentation of new machine tools, connected technologies, and expert services, all designed to support customers.
A total of 20 machines will be presented at the Mazak booth – including five that were manufactured in Europe. The exhibition showcases the full range of available technologies: from cost-effective 3-axis lathes and vertical machining centers as an ideal entry into the Mazak world to the latest innovations in advanced INTEGREX multi-tasking and auto gear technology.
Among the new exhibits is the INTEGREX j-200 NEO – making its European debut. This machine combines outstanding productivity for complex, varied small series with an attractive price-performance ratio – and it comes from the pioneers of multi-tasking machining.
A central concept for Mazak at EMO 2025 will be the depth of process integration, from which customers will benefit in their partnership with the company. In practice, this will be demonstrated through a live demonstration of process optimization, where both a machine tool and a laser processing machine are in use to increase productivity while reducing carbon emissions and costs per part.
At this EMO, there will also be a 'Solutions Center' at the Mazak booth, providing deep insights into Mazak technology and the services available beyond the machine. With consulting and expertise in advanced machining, hybrid technology, automation solutions, digitalization, and integrated smart manufacturing solutions, all available at the Mazak booth, visitors can expect key insights on how to increase productivity and efficiency in their manufacturing processes.
With over 40 years of development time, MAZATROL is presented as a key solution that continues to offer state-of-the-art machine performance with dialog-oriented programming for new users. Visitors can watch live demonstrations and try Quick Mazatrol, digital setup tools, and intelligent programming features directly at the booth, which simplify operations and reduce setup times. The interactive area provides hands-on insights into how Mazak controls can noticeably increase productivity in everyday operations. A special highlight is the presentation of the latest digital manufacturing software MAZATROL DX, which can revolutionize cycle times and sustainably increase efficiency in production.
Trade fair visitors will also receive extensive information on advanced machining applications such as additive machining, friction stir welding, demanding 5-axis machining, and gearing, which expand Mazak's Done-In-One concept to new technologies and applications. This can lead to fewer outsourced processes, reduced lead times, and lower costs for machine users.
Mazak will present twelve different automation solutions at EMO, specifically designed for flexible manufacturing with high variability and small batch sizes. From multiple pallet systems and robot-assisted part handling to intelligent tool management and fully integrated manufacturing cells – the booth impressively demonstrates how automation can be seamlessly integrated into existing processes. The goal is to increase productivity, mitigate skilled labor shortages, and sustainably improve cost-effectiveness.
Mazak's automation approach is clear: integration should be simple, scalable, and fully supported. Each automation solution is designed to harmonize with Mazak machines, facilitating implementation and enabling faster results.
Richard Smith, European Group Managing Director at Yamazaki Mazak, comments: 'Everything at the Mazak booth is guided by a simple philosophy: to support customers in building more productive, resilient, and competitive processes.
As a family-owned company with a proud Japanese tradition, Mazak has always placed long-term relationships at the center of its actions. The company's reputation is based not only on innovation but also on decades of trusting partnerships with companies around the world.
Whether through advanced automation, intuitive CNC control, intelligent service programs, or digital integration, Mazak is committed to being a reliable, forward-looking partner for its customers – today, tomorrow, and for the future of manufacturing.
