BIG DAISHOWA, a provider of high-precision tool systems for the metalworking industry, presents the new MEGA Micro Nuts – an innovative product family consisting of three nut variants for targeted coolant supply in micro machining. Designed for maximum precision and efficiency, especially in the medical field, as well as generally for micro machining, they enable significantly improved cutting quality, extended tool life, and optimized chip control – even with materials like titanium and cobalt-chromium.
The MEGA Micro Nuts consist of three special nut variants: the MEGA Nut, the MEGA Micro Seal Nut, and the MEGA Micro Coolant Nut. Each offers a specific solution for coolant supply and clamping performance – tailored to material, tool, and machining strategy. In combination with the ultra-slim MEGA Micro Chuck collet chucks, they enable the machining of the smallest workpieces at the highest speeds.

With a total of 32 variants in three designs and four sizes, the new series covers a wide range of applications – from medical technology and dental technology to watch and jewelry manufacturing, as well as the electronics industry.
