"We offer solutions from S to XXL," says Sales Manager Dieter Abler. "We even brought two of our S models to the fair: the Multijet LC and the Silverhorn TWS."

Multijet LC

Not every cleaning task requires maximum cleanliness and elaborate processes. Often, it is just about a simple pre- or intermediate cleaning. This is a case for the Multijet LC. A machine that focuses on the essentials. It doesn't blow small budgets and requires little space. It cleans with a chamber and a tank, has an integrated drip tray, can perform spray and immersion cleaning, and hot air drying. The control is via a Siemens touch panel. 11 options are selectable, including ultrasonic cleaning.
The TWS is a compact cleaning unit specifically designed for the fully automatic cleaning and drying of tools from machining centers or lathes. This solution makes manual cleaning processes unnecessary and gives professionals time for value-adding activities. The TWS completely removes coolants, oils, fats, chips, and other contaminants without manual intervention – an indispensable gain for companies looking to optimize their processes.

Final cleaning of turned and milled parts

Of course, at the Silverhorn stand, you will also learn everything about the popular series machines MWS 4 and MWS 6. "They are particularly suitable for companies that want to perform final cleaning of their turned and milled parts," says Dieter Abler. "A visit to our stand is definitely worthwhile."

Special systems

In addition, Silverhorn offers a wide range of individual special systems, including continuous systems, robotic cells, rotary table systems, and immersion systems. "With our product portfolio, we can fulfill almost every customer request," says Abler. "35 years of experience help us quickly and accurately assess the parts to be cleaned and develop appropriate concepts for the respective application case."

Lecture

On Thursday, April 10, 2025, from 2:00 to 2:45 PM, Bernd Lorscheider, Area Sales Manager at Silverhorn, will give an impulse lecture on the topic "Saving resources and money in parts cleaning: How sustainable the Silverhorn MWS is."

Here, guests will learn more about the chamber cleaning system Silverhorn MWS. Bernd Lorscheider will explain the compact systems, their energy-saving technologies, how to use cleaning fluids efficiently, and minimize unproductive downtime. Afterwards, there will still be time for questions.

Contract cleaning and laboratory

Silverhorn offers contract cleaning of components. Ideal for anyone who needs to balance production peaks, whose component quantities are too low for their own system, or who want to bridge a machine change. Residual dirt checks in their own laboratory are also possible.
