Since October 2024, Joachim Dittrich, CEO of Fette Compacting, has temporarily taken over the management of LMT Tools after his predecessor left the company. 'We thank Joachim Dittrich for his commitment during this transitional phase and are pleased that Oliver Thomas, an experienced manager from our own ranks, will now take over the leadership of LMT Tools,' says Klaas Borchert, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the LMT Group.
Oliver Thomas has been the managing director of LMT Fette Werkzeugtechnik and LMT Kieninger since April 2022 and has extensive experience in corporate management. In his new role, he will continue to drive the strategic realignment of LMT Tools and position the company for the future.
'I look forward to actively shaping the future of LMT Tools together with our dedicated team. Our strategy will focus on leveraging our strengths to develop innovative solutions for our customers and sustainably strengthen the company,' says Oliver Thomas.
Joachim Dittrich will continue to support Oliver Thomas and the leadership team during the transition phase to ensure a smooth handover and continuity in corporate management.
'With this structural development, we are strengthening LMT Tools for the future. In a challenging market environment, we are convinced that Oliver Thomas, together with his experienced leadership team, will set the right impulses to successfully develop the company in the long term,' adds Klaas Borchert.
