Seco Tools is hosting the Automotive & General Engineering ITI expert meeting on February 28 and 29 at the Innovation Hub Erkrath with selected partners to discuss trends, innovations, and manufacturing solutions of tomorrow. Current machining strategies for components in the automotive and general mechanical engineering sectors will be presented through high-profile expert lectures from science and industry, as well as workshops and machine demonstrations.

The more than 20 cooperation partners include scientific actors, machine tool manufacturers, and companies from the fields of CAD/CAM software, automation, and other industry service providers. The internationally successful event series Inspiration through Innovation (ITI), which has been conducted for years, showcases solutions developed in partnership to address challenges in the machining of components for the automotive industry and general mechanical engineering.
