GF Machining Solutions invites you to the Milling Theme Day in Schorndorf on June 27, 2019.

In four parallel theme rounds with presentations and practical demonstrations, visitors can learn how to meet the current challenges in milling. One theme round is dedicated to medical technology and the added value of additive manufacturing and laser texturing.

Each of the four one-hour theme rounds will be conducted four times. Visitors can attend all rounds – or select individual topics.

The topics at a glance:

• Produce less due to a shortage of skilled workers or rely on state-of-the-art automation? Are you prepared for Industry 4.0?
• Leave your machine unused or mill graphite in addition to steel and copper? Write off €40,000 due to a machine crash or use MSP collision protection right away?
• Make compromises or mill complex parts with high precision even during long runtimes? Is one part the same as another for you? Do you want everything from a single source?
• Are you already utilizing the added value of laser texturing and additive manufacturing in medical technology?

Representatives from software manufacturers Camtek, Cimatron, OPEN MIND, and VISI, as well as representatives from tool manufacturers EMUGE FRANKEN, Fraisa, Haimer, and Zecha, look forward to questions from visitors.

As an additional highlight, GF Machining Solutions will raffle a trip for two to England in the afternoon, including a visit to the Renault F1 factory in Enstone and a drive in an Aston Martin on the legendary Silverstone racetrack.
