We are happy to manufacture for you:
• Pinions and gears with straight or helical
toothings from module 0.2 - 2.5
• Worms and worm gears (up to module 2.5)
• Sprockets (up to pitch ½”)
• Timing pulleys in all pitches (HTD,
STS, T, MXL, XL, H, etc. ....)
with or without flanges
• Shafts, motor shafts and other (CNC)
long turned parts from Ø2.0mm - Ø26.0 mm
as well as CNC turned parts up to Ø 200mm
We specialize in quantities between
100 pcs. – approx. 50,000 pcs.
Manufacturing can be done in all materials
(e.g. steel, brass, aluminum, Delrin, PA 6.6,
stainless steel, etc. ....).
We do not have any stock inventory.
Our products are made to order according to drawing or sample.
Our delivery times are approximately 4-6 working weeks
Shorter deadlines must be agreed upon in advance.
