Under the motto 'GREAT IN PERFORMANCE – Powerful, highly dynamic and precise – meet the new GP1350 live!' GROB will present several innovations in the fields of universal machines, automation, and digitalization at AMB 2026 in Stuttgart (September 15 to 19, Hall 10 | Stand C12). On over 600 square meters of exhibition space, the company showcases solutions for the economical production of a wide variety of workpieces – from single-part manufacturing to highly automated series production.
At the center of the trade fair appearance is the new GP1350, which will be presented for the first time at an external trade fair. In addition, GROB will showcase a new automation solution with the GRC-M60 robot cell, as well as digital applications that make manufacturing processes more transparent and efficient.

5-Axis Milling Portal Machining Center GP1350 for the machining of large workpieces
With the GP1350, GROB expands its portfolio of universal machines with a new 5-axis milling portal machining center. Thanks to its stable, damping portal concept, the GP1350 is particularly suitable for applications where large components need to be machined with high precision. The 5-axis technology allows for the manufacturing of complex geometries in a single setup, thus contributing to shorter lead times.
'With the GP1350, we are responding to the increasing demand for powerful solutions for large workpieces,' says Christian Müller. 'At the same time, our customers benefit from the well-known GROB strengths in the areas of precision, dynamics, and process reliability.'
Modular Robot Cell GRC-M60 expands the GROB automation portfolio
In the field of automation, GROB is showcasing the new GRC-M60 robot cell for the first time. It complements the company's modular automation world and opens up additional possibilities for the automated production of a wide variety of workpieces. Due to its modular design, the GRC-M60 can be flexibly adapted to different production requirements. Companies can thus expand existing productions as well as realize new automation concepts.
'Many of our customers are looking for solutions that can be easily integrated into existing production environments,' explains Müller. 'This is exactly where the GRC-M60 comes in.'
Digitalization from planning to tool management
Another focus of the trade fair appearance is on digitalization. GROB demonstrates how manufacturing processes can be digitally represented and controlled with the MES system COSERA and a fully integrated tool management.
The goal is to make relevant production data available where it is needed while simultaneously increasing transparency throughout the entire manufacturing process. Visitors will gain insight into how digital solutions can help monitor processes, use resources efficiently, and avoid downtimes.
Further technologies and areas of expertise on site
In addition to the trade fair premieres, GROB will also provide information on the areas of service, customer training, additive manufacturing, and e-mobility. The trade fair appearance will be complemented by the presentation of various Centers of Excellence, including Aerospace & Defence and Semiconductor.
With the innovations and technologies presented, GROB will show at AMB 2026 how modern manufacturing solutions can be interconnected – from the machine to automation and digital process support.
