Changes in the Board of Directors of Bosch Rexroth

Dr. Jochen Peter will become Chairman of the Board on March 1, 2026, and Dr. Steffen Haack will focus on development in the Board

Dr. Jochen Peter (50) will join the board of Bosch Rexroth AG in Lohr am Main on January 1, 2026, and will become chairman of the board on March 1, 2026, after a familiarization phase. He will succeed Dr. Steffen Haack (59), who will step down from the chairmanship at the same time but will remain a member of the divisional board. Haack will retain responsibility for development and will focus on identifying new strategic growth areas for Bosch Rexroth in the future.

Rückert, a member of the management board of Robert Bosch GmbH and chairman of the supervisory board of Bosch Rexroth AG. Peter studied mechanical engineering and process engineering at the TU Kaiserslautern as well as industrial engineering at the University of Hagen. He began his professional career in 2000 as a development engineer at BMW, while simultaneously earning his doctorate at the Fraunhofer Institute, and subsequently worked at the Boston Consulting Group, among other places in the USA. In 2011, he joined the Zeiss Group and held various leadership positions before becoming a member of the board of Carl Zeiss AG in 2017. There, he was responsible for the Industrial Quality and Research division until the end of September 2025.
