The trained mechatronics technician and studied mechatronics engineer brings extensive expertise and leadership experience to his new role. Most recently, he was the head of the important Kern division 'Application Technology', which is based in both Eschenlohe and Murnau.

In his new role, Stauder aims to gradually implement Kern's ambitious goals with his approximately 70 employees and further advance the positive economic development of the entire contract manufacturing sector: 'We will realize many demanding projects in close collaboration with our customers and partners, so that we will achieve an average double-digit growth over the next five years.'

Alexander Stauder has carried the Kern genes within him since his youth and is a prime example of how one can successfully build a career in a well-managed company. He began his career in 2002 with a dual training program. After successfully completing it, Stauder became acquainted with numerous areas of work at Kern – from electronics to machine assembly and software programming to application technology. In 2014, he also successfully completed a university degree as a graduate engineer.
