The double-sided QUICKIGROOVE is equipped with four precision-ground cutting edges and is available in cutting widths between one and three millimeters. The cutting inserts are made of the hard fine grain grade IC808G. The PVD-coated, wear-resistant cutting material is shatterproof and suitable for a wide range of materials. Equipped with a stable screw clamping system, the QUICKIGROOVE enables safe and economical processes. The user benefits from very high precision and repeat accuracy during tool changes.
The holders for the QUICKIGROOVE cutting inserts are available in diameters of 16 and 20 millimeters and are equipped with internal coolant channels for jet cooling. These transport the coolant directly to the cutting zone and enable the user to achieve very high tool life, excellent chip removal, and top surfaces.
