Both indexable inserts form a circular segment, resulting in more than 40% increased productivity compared to ball mills. The large radius of the circular segment allows machining with large line spacings.
By combining the lower and side cutting edges, the lens-shaped insert NQHL enables machining in a variety of profile shapes. Additionally, depending on the choice of cutting edge during CAM programming, the two cutting edges can be used independently of each other.
The conical cutting edge of the NQHB insert increases efficiency and allows machining of inclined profiles with undercuts.
FineMold+ indexable inserts are compatible with the holders of the FineMold+ product series, providing a wide selection of basic holders for the user.
